The Logos of God
is the Tree of Life
If
a man put diesel fuel in his gasoline engine, you would not expect it to run, if
a society tries to run on spiritual diesel fuel, then you would except it fail also.
Who is better suited to tell mankind what is spiritual gasoline and what is spiritual
diesel fuel than the Creator. Since the Creator designed the people, is it not likely
that He would know what is good for them and what is poison to them? Of course the maker
of the gasoline engine knows his intent when he designed it. The Creator of mankind equally
knows what He intended when He created His people.
As a race, we fight against
His better judgment and foreknowledge. We wonder at the hunger, fighting, and evil
of this world as if we did not have a choice in the matter. The problem of nuclear
warfare and unrest between people is the direct outcome of disobedience. Pride and
selfishness is the fuel of hate that poisons our spiritual environment. Mankind may
deny there is a Creator, who designed and artistically molded him into being, but it
does not stop Him from existing. Their refusal to yield to the truth of their spiritual
miss-deeds does not make the world a better place to live.
He is watching; our stubbornness
is not a surprise to Him, rather it is what He planned for. Still His expectation
are high and He works to accomplish all He intends to accomplish. He is waiting
for the harvest to be complete. He is patient for He knows what we do not know.
Those willing to fuel society with gasoline He will allow into their rest. Those
who demand the right to use diesel fuel; He will allow them to enter into their
unrest.
This site is not for those
determined to demand their way. If that describs you, then you will likely not find what you
are looking for and you might want to move onto the next
web site of your journey. If however you are not satisfied with your never ending
attempt to improve yourself. If you want to know God and have a relationship with Him or you think there is more to life than what you are
finding, it is time to stop eating from the poisonous Tree of the Knowledge
of Good and Evil. Maybe you would like a real taste of the Tree of Life.
The purpose of this site is
to awaken visitors to the wonder of our Creator, as He showed Himself in Jesus Christ.
We desire to help others to discern between good food for thought and poisonous
food for thought. We by ourselves, we are just another noisy fountain of words in
a sea of words; but we are not alone. You do not need to be alone either; for the
Holy Spirit will guide you and teach you. You do not need other people to teach
you.
However He does include us
for it is good for us to make witness of His existence. So we speak and we write
to communicate the wonder of knowing Him. We anticipate good things to happen.
